The results of the blood analysis serve as the starting point for your coaching. The goals we set together will be further developed and individually adjusted during the coaching.
Targeted for dietary changes, weight management and muscle building
The coaching focus is set in the initial consultation, with your Health Coach supporting long-term physical and mental changes to help you reach your goals and become your best self.
The first session usually starts with your preparatory work (e.g. keeping a food diary for approx. 5 days) and is then used to determine the status quo in greater depth. We want to understand you, your habits, and your patterns. We create a space for exchange in a comfortable and protected environment. The Health Coach will then define the first steps with you.
We set a specific goal with actionable steps for you to work on over the next few weeks (e.g. increasing protein intake to 120g per day). Together, we'll define the next steps, and you'll receive personalized tips, reading materials, and tools to support your progress.
Your Health Coach will check in with you to see how you're doing and adjust your journey based on your feedback and progress.
At the end of your personalized Health Coaching journey, we recommend you to do a Full Body Check-up to assess your progress and the impact of your new lifestyle habits.
